Spreeha’s skill training program focuses on girl’s empowerment through both soft skill development and employable skill development. The program offers leadership skills training, social and environmental education, financial and digital literacy and income generating skills. It also supports girls with financial support and stakeholder connection to ensure sustaining at education, training, and employment creating a holistic approach towards empowerment.

• Safe space for girls within their community or school where they can express and explore without the fear of being judged and exploitation.
