Commitment 2026: The year we build the bridge

A message from our Founder Tazin Shadid

Dear Friend,

As I reflect on the year that has passed, I am filled with a profound sense of gratitude and hope. 2025 was not just a year of milestones; it was the year we proved that a different future for healthcare is not only possible but is already taking root.

For years, we have held a clear vision: a world where quality healthcare is not a privilege for the few, but a dignified reality for all. We envisioned a system where a mother in a remote village could access the same standard of care as someone in a bustling city, where technology served humanity, and where local entrepreneurs could become the heroes of their own communities. In 2025, we saw that vision come to life.

We didn’t just serve over a million people or perform 25,000 life-changing surgeries. We changed the very fabric of how healthcare is accessed and perceived. We saw the immediate outcomes of our work in real-time: families saving precious income, patients receiving authentic medicines, and doctors making more accurate diagnoses with the help of our AI-powered tools. We witnessed a 60% reduction in unnecessary emergency room visits, a clear sign that our model is strengthening the entire health ecosystem.

This is the first step in our pathway to impact. But our work goes deeper.

By providing reliable, affordable, and dignified care, we are fostering a fundamental shift in behavior. We are moving communities from reactive, last-minute health crises to proactive, preventative health-seeking. This is our intermediate outcome: a generation that trusts the system, seeks care early, and takes ownership of their health. This is how we break the cycle of poverty and poor health.

2025 was the year we laid the foundation. We unified our organization, built our strategic roadmap for 2028, and strengthened our leadership team. We now have the engine for change.

2026 is the year we build the bridge.

This year, our commitment is to widen the path we have created. We will expand our network to 40 urgent care centers to bring this proven model to thousands more who are waiting. We will scale our HealthOS platform to empower 5,000 doctors, ensuring that every patient, no matter where they are, is part of a connected, continuous care system.

This is our commitment to achieving our long-term impact: a tangible reduction in preventable mortality and a future where health equity is the norm, not the exception. Our 2028 vision of 100 centers and our 2035 vision of a global network are not just numbers; they represent millions of lives transformed, families uplifted, and communities empowered.

To our partners, our team, and our board, thank you for walking this journey with us. You have helped build the foundation. Now, as we look to 2026, I invite you to join us in building the bridge to a healthier, more equitable future for all.

With deepest gratitude and hope,
