What started as an idea in our Sneho Urgent Care Centers is now becoming a national model.This month, the Bangladesh Ministry of Health officially launched a pilot to roll out Spreeha's AI-powered primary care tools across public healthcare centers in four districts.

Why does this matter?

Because technology in the right hands saves lives. As our Board Chair Dr. Michael Tjalve noted at the launch event, AI doesn't replace doctors - it gives them "more time, better information, sharper engagement, and a longer reach."

If this pilot succeeds, the tools you helped us develop could soon ensure that millions of families receive faster, safer, and more accurate medical care.

Closing the Gap: Protecting 2,200+ Children

When a recent measles outbreak threatened vulnerable communities, our teams didn't wait for families to come to us. Partnering with local health authorities, Spreeha Urgent Care Centers deployed across Dhaka, Gazipur, and Jamalpur to find unvaccinated children. In just a few weeks, we provided essential immunizations and Vitamin A supplements to 2,269 children. Because of your ongoing support, these children are now protected, and their communities are safer.
