As we wrap up an incredible second quarter, we are thrilled to share how your continued trust is shaping the future of healthcare and community empowerment. From launching new pilot projects to taking our first steps across borders, here are the key highlights of what we accomplished together in the 2nd quarter of 2026:
Spreeha’s Mission Africa Takes Off

We are entering a new phase of our journey.
Building on our participation at the World Health Summit Regional Meeting in Nairobi, Kenya, we are advancing a deliberate step in our 2026 - 2028 strategy: expanding into Africa.
This move is rooted in both readiness and humility. We bring tested models of care, deep community trust, and tech-enabled health systems and we also recognise the opportunity to learn, adapt, and co-create with partners working across diverse African contexts.
Our “Mission Africa” marks the beginning of this exchange, as we collaborate to tackle systemic barriers to healthcare access beyond Bangladesh.
Pilot Project Launched with Pushpa Fund
We have officially kicked off our newest pilot - Project Breaking Bad - generously backed by the Pushpa Fund.
This initiative is designed to invest in frontline healthcare by transforming local pharmacies into integrated healthcare micro-hubs, ensuring sustainable livelihoods and immediate, high-quality care access right at the community's doorstep.
